MCM ARTS Culture Path strongly suggests people contact an insurance provider for specific policy information and restrictions prior to submitting their payments. You can pay by E Transfer or Direct Deposit as noted in the payment method box. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please send a request to connect@mcmarts.ca and a customized PayPal invoice will be sent to you. Note paypal charges a 3% cc fee.

Cancellation Policy

​

​ The following are the terms in the case of cancellation:​

  • May 25, 2023 up to 180 days before the tour begins:     $100 non-refundable accommodation deposit 

  • all Premier Inn and Easy Jet payments are non-refundable

  • 120 - 179  before the tour begins: 25% cancellation fee of the ground costs

  • 60 -119 days before the tour begins: 50% cancellation fee of the ground costs

  • 0 – 59 days before the tour begins: 100% cancellation fee of the ground cost

Ground cost includes:

  • Private Motor Coach Transportation as per itinerary

  • Accommodation (based on twin). Single supplements are available

  • Breakfast daily and 6 dinners

  • Performances as per itinerary

  • Sightseeing as per itinerary

  • Every effort will be made to accommodate food allergies and other reasonable food issues.

  • The group will be assigned a dedicated tour manager

  • All Taxes & Gratuities

  The Ground Cost DOES NOT Include:​​​​

  • International Flights 

  • Flight from Malta to Rome.  MCM Arts will be booking this flight when it becomes available to book and we will be adding this cost to the final payment.  Flights are typically 80-100 euros per person.

  • Lunches, 5 Dinners & Beverages

  • Passport Fees (everyone must have a passport book valid until at least 3 months, 6 months recommended after the day you plan to return to Canada)

  • Airfare will include one carry on & one personal checked bag.  Excess baggage fees are not included

  • Single room supplement charge

  • Travel Medical insurance (required)

  • Trip Cancellation insurance (optional but strongly recommended)
